One way approx. 74.0 km, 1h 40 min driving time

The eastern part of Crete is known for its calm vibes and warm people. A great way to experience it is to follow the south scenic route of the area. While passing by the beautiful beaches of Koutsounari, Agia Fotia, Koutsoura and Makry Gialos pick any of them to stop for a dive. Continue driving and you will soon reach the historic Kapsa monastery, a 10-minute drive from Makry Gialos.
